職責描述：

　　1. Deeply understand the clients needs of the farm location based on the information provided by clients, sales and onsite visits根據客戶、銷售提供的信息以及實地考察，深刻理解客戶對于種植園的需求;

　　2. Design full farm projects in a range of different climates and landscapes including tunnels, block design, drainage, key structures based on information provided by line manager, Sales Team. 根據經理及銷售團隊的要求，為不同氣候和地貌的地區設計種植園項目方案，包含大棚、區塊、排水系統、主要結構設計等;

　　3. Communicate with internal stakeholders (ie. Sales Team support) to ensure they are informed of project progress while also having the chance to request changes and updates to their designs.與內部銷售團隊持續交流，確保銷售團隊了解項目進展，并及時根據客戶需求調整方案設計。

　　4. Visit client sites with line manager to ensure designs based on CAD and Google Earth maps are feasible.與直線經理拜訪客戶現場，確?；贑AD和谷歌地圖的設計是可行的。

　　5. Work with line manager and Sales Team to recommend innovations to tunnel design, keeping return on investment and excellence in mind as the client’s top priorities與直線經理和銷售團隊合作，推薦棚體設計的革新技術，將投資回報和卓越表現作為客戶的首要任務。

　　6. Update internal best practice and reporting template to ensure you receive the key information for quoting in a timely and effective manner from Sales Teams 更新內部***實踐報告以確保及時有效地從銷售團隊那里獲得關鍵信息。

　　7. Update internal best practice on tunnel construction to assist local Project Managers delivering farm builds for clients更新內部棚體建設的實踐以協助當地項目經理的現場項目建設

　　Job Requirements: 崗位要求

　　1. 0-2 years of experience in related industry design 0-2年行業相關設計經驗。

　　2. Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in agricultural building environment and enery engineering, agricultural engineering, horticulture etc. will be preferred. 本科或以上學歷，農業建筑環境與能源工程、農業工程、農田水利工程、園藝類相關專業優先。

　　3. Be proficient with AutoCAD and Micorsoft office softwares. 精通CAD及辦公軟件。

　　4. Be proactive,and responsible with strong learning ability保持前瞻性和責任心，具備較強的學習能力。

　　5. Ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing directly with clients and explaining the logic of their designs. 在與客戶直接對接時，能夠展示充分的耐心和專業能力。

　　6. Results and service driven with resilience by delivering projects efficiently and timely以結果和服務為導向、抗壓性強，能高效地完成項目設計。

　　7. Ability to understand basic principles rapidly but then apply clients in a smart way depending on the local budget/climate/land conditions to produce the best designs possible. 能夠快速理解客戶的基本要求，后續根據當地預算/氣候/土地等條件，完成項目設計。
